About Us
The ESI Lab was established in 2022 by Professor Siva Karuturi at the Australian National University (ANU). The research program offers R&D resources – equipment and workforce – to carry out electrochemical projects in coordination with industrial partners.
Our research involves various aspects of electrochemical systems, from novel materials synthesis to design of high-performance electrodes, development of advanced technologies, prototyping and techno-economic analysis for application to the decarbonisation of energy and industrial sectors and the remediation of forever chemicals.
The program also supports the ANU’s educational and outreach activities by designing and delivering courses on renewable energy and fuels for scholars and industry workers.
Whether you are an industry, an organisation, a researcher, we look forward to working with you to shape the future of energy and industry.
