Bharadwaj Pula
PhD Candidate
Bharadwaj is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at the Australian national University in clean energy technologies, with a research focus on green hydrogen production using anion exchange membrane (AEM) electrolyzers. His doctoral work involves electrocatalyst development, membrane electrode assembly (MEA) optimization, and sustainable electrode materials for electrochemical systems.
He completed his Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Materials Engineering from the University of Hyderabad in 2022 with a CGPA of 9.96/10, earning Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Gold Medal for securing the top rank in his program. His master's thesis focused on the synthesis and application of graphene oxide/ZnO nanocomposites for the removal of cadmium (Cd II) from water, combining material science with environmental remediation. During this period, he gained hands-on expertise in a wide range of characterization and electrochemical techniques, including SEM, TEM, XRD, FTIR, CV, and impedance spectroscopy.
